【談股論金】川普的道指30K新目標何時來臨

【大紀元2018年01月08日訊】（大紀元記者張東光綜合報導）在美國道瓊指數站上25,000點歷史里程碑後，川普興奮地在白宮表示：「我猜我們的新目標是30,000點。」不過，川普並沒給出時間點，華爾街的多數專家也不預期這個道指30K的目標會很快來臨。
據FactSet統計，在減稅的效應下，分析師預期標普500大企業今年的盈餘可平均增長12%。但由於標普500指數去年已大漲近20%，加上全球央行將陸續退出量化寬鬆，華爾街各大投行預估今年的漲幅平均約10%左右，而道指今年要漲到30K必須達到23%的漲幅。
CNBC新聞網報導，股市諮詢機構Independent Advisor Alliance投資長扎克雷利（Chris Zaccarelli）認為道指30K的目標可能在18個月後的2019年才會看到。儘管如此，他同時提醒投資人上漲的過程不會是一條直線，其間將出現多次的大幅回檔。
造成美股可能回檔的主因有兩點，其一是美股牛市迄今已維持了105個月，為史上第二長，僅次於1990至2000年的133個月，已進入牛市的後期。第二個原因是標普500指數的前瞻本益比已達18－18.5倍，與歷史高峰的1990年代的20倍附近相差不遠，在評價基礎上除非未來盈餘大幅增長，否則股價已無太大的上漲空間。
此外，道指從20,000點漲到25,000點花了近12個月的時間，但從24,000點漲到25,000點只用了35個交易日，飆漲速度過快也是引發專家擔心多頭派對快要結束的另一個原因。
《今日美國》報導，三菱日聯金融集團（MUFG）駐紐約首席經濟師魯奇（Chris Rupkey）表示，由於經濟表現傑出，美股至今的上漲似乎無懈可擊，道指在攻上25,000點之後，30,000點或許是一個較大的關卡，但由於美股長期年均上漲10%，30,000點的目標或許要等到2020年才可看到。
美國銀行旗下的財富管理公司U.S. Trust的首席策略師奎因蘭（Joe Quinlan）預測道指今年漲到26,500點之後將先面臨回檔壓力，最快明年中另一波漲勢才會因企業增長加速而被啟動。
諾貝爾經濟學獎得主、耶魯大學教授席勒（Robert Shiller）去年6月便預測，在川普減稅和法規鬆綁的基礎下，道指近年內便可漲到30K，未來幾年的漲幅最多可達50%。席勒曾在2007年提前準確預測美國房市的崩盤。＃
