【財經話題】原油站上70美元/桶的四個理由
【大紀元2018年05月08日訊】（大紀元記者張東光綜合報導）睽違三年半之後，西德州原油（WTI）週一（7日）成功站上70美元/桶心理關口，上漲1.5%至70.73美元/桶，布蘭特原油也上漲1.7%至76.17美元/桶，同步創下2014年11月以來最高價，市場觀察網站歸納出背後的四個重要理由如下。
首先最重要的原因是石油輸出國組織（OPEC）與俄羅斯等產油國自去年初啟動聯合減產180萬桶/日的效應顯現，已有力地刪減油市長期嚴重供過於求的現象。
據標普全球普氏（S&P Global Platts）統計，OPEC在4月的日產量為3,200萬桶，較3月減少14萬桶，也較該組織預計的產量3,273萬桶少了73萬桶。
國際能源署（IEA）資料顯示，全球原油庫存2月驟降2,600萬桶，整體庫存只比5年的平均庫存多出3,000萬桶左右，意味著OPEC預期的油市長期平衡即將到來。
第二個重要理由是需求的攀升。根據國際能源署預測，今年全球原油的需求為每日9,930萬桶，較去年的9,780萬桶增加150萬桶。
第三個理由是美國可能再度制裁伊朗。交易員多認為，近期油價的上漲與伊朗將被制裁的傳聞有關，美國總統川普在推文中透露他將在週二決定是否制裁伊朗，週一油價受此消息激勵而大漲。部分專家樂觀預測，如果美國再度制裁伊朗，油價可能再漲10美元。
分析師估計，伊朗被制裁後可能每日減少30萬－60萬桶原油出口，最差的情況或減少100萬桶。
第四個理由是產油國委內瑞拉深陷經濟危機，導致其原油日產量自2016年2月（當時油價約30美元/桶）以來逐月下滑，根據普氏（Platts）調查，該國4月的日產量為141萬桶，較3月少了8萬桶，更比一年前少了54萬桶。
油價上漲的受惠者首推油企，雪佛龍（Chevron）和荷蘭皇家殼牌（Royal Dutch Shell）公布的最新財報顯示，其獲利能力已追平四年前當油價在100美元/桶之時。
據統計，標普500成分股中有31檔能源股，截至5月4日的今年股價平均報酬率雖僅3%，但卻有康菲石油（ConocoPhillips）等六檔油企公司的股價上漲超過20%。
然而，對廣大的美國企業來說，高企的油價將衝擊營運獲利，尤其大量用油的航空公司將首當其衝，航空股週一平均下跌超過1%，表現差於標普指數的上漲0.35%。
此外，油價的上漲也將推動汽油的漲價，進而縮減消費者的荷包。根據美國汽車協會（AAA）統計，汽油價格過去12個月以來大漲約20%，漲幅超過4月薪資的年增幅2.6%，或與美國首季消費支出僅微增1.1%大有關聯。#
