【財經話題】美國金髮女孩經濟還有多久光景

【大紀元2018年05月09日訊】（大紀元記者張東光綜合報導）美國當前的「金髮女孩經濟」（Goldilocks Economy）還能維持多久呢？道指2017年大漲25%，正是典型高增長和低通脹並存的大好光景，不過今年卻轉為下跌1.6%，或許預示著股市已開始領先經濟觸頂。
摩根大通執行長戴蒙（Jamie Dimon）接受彭博電視台專訪時表示，美國看起來相當良好，經濟可能還有增長一年、兩年或更多年的空間。
戴蒙引述了強勁的就業數據、金融體系的槓桿降低、消費者和銀行的流動性增加等有利增長的訊號，他還說房市供給的短缺很可能促進更多的經濟活動，而亞洲和歐洲等各地的經濟也在改善。
不過，他話鋒一轉說，此時的美國經濟廣義來說雖是強勁的，但另一個衰退發生的機率卻高達100%，問題是會在甚麼時候發生。
美國經濟能否持續目前的榮景，還牽涉到美聯儲的貨幣政策走向。一般說來，比預期更緊縮的政策很可能讓投資人驚慌失措，導致金融市場的動盪和經濟的降溫，尤其最近美元大幅反彈，導致新興市場的貨幣、股票和債券正遭投資人拋售。
對此，美聯儲主席鮑威爾（Jerome Powell）週二（8日）在蘇黎世的金融會議中表示，經過長期間的維持低利率後，美國和其它國家央行的升息動作應該不會攪亂全球經濟，並認為美國貨幣政策驅動全球金融環境和資本流入的效應經常被誇大。
他解釋說，全球經濟增長和商品價格的上漲造成資金流入新興市場的影響，遠大於各國央行的貨幣動作，據此他認為先進國家的貨幣正常化政策對新興市場不會造成不可管理的風險。
鮑威爾希望透過透明溝通美聯儲貨幣政策的方式，避免2013年美聯儲前主席柏南克因減少量化寬鬆購債規模而導致新興市場崩盤的「削減恐慌」（taper tantrum）的錯誤重演。
高盛在最新的報告中估計，美聯儲在三月升息之後，今年還會升息三次，聯邦利率上升的速度將超過通脹，從而迫使資金轉向股市以外的其它資產，並重申未來幾個月看漲原油和銅價的看法。#
