李小加：擬今年底 推人民幣國債期貨

【大紀元2018年06月13日訊】（大紀元記者顏齊綜合報導）港交所（0388-HK）行政總裁李小加昨日在第五屆人民幣定息及貨幣論壇上表示，今年南向「債券通」開通機會不大，因目前並非優先考慮，但未來肯定會開通。
李小加提到，債券通北向交易開通近一年，今年4－5月，日均成交額約30億美元，比第一季升約18%，但問及南向通何時「開車」，李小加指其非優先考慮事項，預期今年內開通機會不大，但末來肯定會通車。
李小加指，因為中國國內金融市場有所變化，加上中國國內債券孳息率比海外高，相信開通南向需求有限。
大陸銀行間債市外資持股數量人民幣1.375兆元，比去年7月增加63%。
李小加指，人民幣國際化進程有3個階段，初期貿易商以人民幣作貿易結算，中期以人民幣作定價投資，大家主要關心的是人民幣的發展。最後人民幣作儲存以及管理資產負債，大家關心的是利率問題。而目前，正處於第三階段的早期階段。李小加指，踏入第三階段，爭取最快今年底或明年初推出陸債衍生產品，讓投資者有對沖的工具。◇
