專家：美國教會西方國家如何應對中共
【大紀元2018年07月06日訊】（大紀元記者梁珍香港報導）對於中共臨時改口延遲徵收美國商品稅項12小時，華府中國問題專家石藏山分析指，此舉暴露在貿易戰上，中共的虛怯。「因為不改口的話，就沒辦法回頭。貿易戰真的開打，中共非常被動，因為沒什麼牌好出，只有挨打的份兒。我甚至認為美國正式加稅後，中共還會忍，以軟化態度應對。」
不過，他稱雖然中共表面軟化，但私下卻做了很多小動作。比如大陸海關近期對美國貨物加強抽查，包括扣留貨物、增加消防檢查、稅務檢查等，百般刁難，令中美貿易陷入困境。
中共官媒，還有香港大部分媒體，近日紛紛以「中國短痛美國長痛」、「關稅之傷美國利益首當其衝」等為標題，以所謂貿易戰美國利益同樣受到損害，國際社會不滿，將群起反擊等作回應。
對此，石藏山解讀，其一，貿易戰是中共最敏感議題，中共官媒包括被中共操控的所謂港媒，都要按照中宣部精神統一口徑，故出現一面倒的新聞官場語言。其二，很重要的是，貿易戰的本質並非經濟利益之爭，也不是所謂美國選舉政治的需要，而是中美關係發生質變，「如果還沿用過去50年中美關係的慣例，所謂兩國關係交往方式，去想中美今次糾紛，肯定錯了。」
他指，以往中美貿易談判都是私下談，中共讓步的前提條件是要簽署保密協議，但現在美方態度強硬，中共反而處處受敵。現在所有的形勢都對美國有利，第一美國經濟很好，第二中國經濟疲軟，歐盟的情況也不好。中共竊取知識產權、間諜入侵等，已經讓各國深受其害，所以美國對中國開打貿易戰，不僅得到國內共和及民主兩黨大部分的支持，國際上也起到效仿作用，即教會其它西方國家如何應對流氓中共。
他預期貿易戰開打後，中國經濟會進一步疲弱，債券違約大增、人民幣貶值、股市波動等，均對中國經濟前景亮起警號。香港也會受到拖累。◇#
