【談股論金】羅素兩千指數創下歷史新高
【大紀元2018年05月23日訊】（大紀元記者張東光綜合報導）美股最近漲漲跌跌，選股難度升高，更別提要尋找下一檔類似亞馬遜的飆股了。然而，據CNN財經網站報導，代表小型股的羅素兩千指數今年以來上漲近7%，而且續創新高，擊敗道指和標普指數的1%和2%漲幅，或許是投資人可以寄予厚望的族群。
造成羅素兩千指數今年表現傑出的主要理由是獲利前景看好，這兩千家小型股今年盈餘預估增長40%，2019年可望再增長23%，遠優於標普500成分股的20%和10%。據統計，羅素兩千家小型股的美股總市值占比不到10%。
美國全國保險公司（Nationwide）投資研究主管哈克特（Mark Hackett）認為，川普的減稅和法規鬆綁，加上美國經濟的扎實表現，普遍對於聚焦國內市場的小型企業較有利，大型的跨國藍籌股受惠相對較少，例如可口可樂公司的海外營收占比近60%，美國市場的蓬勃發展對其影響被大幅沖淡。
反觀全美第四大飲料製造商國家飲料公司（National Beverage）去年銷售額8.27億美元全數來自美國，該股也是羅素兩千成分股，其價股近年表現遠優於可口可樂和百事可樂。
減稅也是小型股的一大利基，傳統上小型股由於資本支出較少，投資抵減稅額較低，因此稅率遠高於大型股，而這次的減稅反讓其受惠程度高於大型股。
霍吉斯基金（Hodges Funds）操盤人霍吉斯（Craig Hodges）也認為小型股將持續領漲美股，他表示法規的鬆綁將讓這些法律資源差於大型股的小型企業受惠，此外來自大型股減稅誘因的合併浪潮也可能推升小型股的股價。
例如，標普500成分股的辛辛那提的區域性銀行五三銀行（Fifth Third）近日宣布斥資47億美元收購羅素兩千成分股的芝加哥小型金融機構MB Financial ，後者股價聞訊飆升近13%。
羅素兩千指數上週五（18日）盤中創下歷史新高1,630點，為美股各類股表現最佳者，反觀道指和標普指數距離元月的歷史高峰約跌7.1%和5.6%，較抗跌的那斯達克指數也較三月的高峰回跌約3.7%。#
