美國重回全球最具競爭力經濟體榜首

【大紀元2018年05月24日訊】（大紀元記者張東光編譯報導）根據最權威的瑞士洛桑管理學院（IMD）週三（23日）公布的全球競爭力報告顯示，美國競爭力前進三名，重新奪回63個先進經濟體中最具有競爭力的頭銜。
該報告稱，美國競爭力排名重回榜首的主因是經濟表現傑出、政府效能提高、資本提供充足和數位基礎建設完備等。
洛桑管理學院的世界競爭中心主任布理斯（Arturo Bris）解釋，競爭力名列前茅的國家各項成績都表現非凡，但每個國家的強項因素卻不盡相同，有的國家強調有形或無形的基礎建設，有的則強調政府效能。
該世界競爭中心自1989年開始發布國家競爭排名，其間參考了就業、貿易統計、腐敗、環保和生活品質等258個硬資料和軟資料指標。
根據該報告，美國在2016年喪失了最具有競爭力國家的寶座，成為第三名，2017年更降為第四名，2018年重新奪回第一名桂冠意義非凡，正凸顯川普的施政除廣獲美國民眾好評外，也獲得國際權威機構的認證。
在2018年的調查中發現，美國經濟發展動能增強，企業融資容易，整體的企業經營環境變得更友善，此外美國這個全球最大的經濟體的強勢也展現在其經濟多元化、直接投資、創投、數位基礎建設等方面，弱項則剩下出口疲弱、國債攀高和勞工報酬相對較差等因素。
這份競爭力報告也顯示，排名二至五名的經濟體依序為香港、新加玻、荷蘭和瑞士，排行在前十名的國家包含北歐的丹麥（第六）、挪威（第八）和瑞典（第九），這幾個國家的民間部門整體生產力和經營管理表現強勁。第七名和第十名則為阿拉伯聯合大公國和加拿大。
反觀歐洲最大的經濟體德國今年的排名下降兩名至第十五名，為連續第五年下滑，IDM的首席經濟學家卡波利斯（Christos Cabolis）將此歸咎於德國政府無法跟上當前商業發展的步伐，此外德國還欠缺企業家精神和經營階層的公信力，尤其是他們遲疑於數位經濟的擁抱。#
