【談股論金】銅價創下三年半最高價
【大紀元2017年12月28日訊】（大紀元記者張東光綜合報導）由於中國11月銅進口同比激增19%至329,168噸，週三（27日）倫敦金屬交易所（LME）銅價受此激勵上漲0.9%，收報每噸7,190美元，創下2014年7月以來最高價。紐約金屬交易所（Comex）的銅價期貨也連續十四天上漲，創下一年多來最長上漲天數。
分析師表示，由於中國當局基於環保理由已考慮自2018年限制廢銅進口，此舉將使中國未來的精銅進口量持續攀高。受到銅價上漲激勵，銅礦商嘉能可（Glencore）和英美資源集團（Anglo American）週三雙雙上漲超過2%。
銅廣泛用於電纜、電氣、電子元件和建築材料，具有預測景氣的作用，有「銅博士」之稱，近幾年又出現了來自電動車的新需求。銅價12月漲幅超過10%，今年累計漲幅近30%，主要反映全球經濟強勁復甦。
技術面顯示，銅價在2011年初自高峰的每噸10,000美元反轉，最低跌到2016年初的4,000美元，近期反彈至7,190美元約收復熊市跌幅的50%，正處於關鍵的反壓位置。
在銅價後市的研判上，銅需求全球占比高達50%的中國進口需求成了重要的指標。今年11月前，中國進口291.5萬噸的銅，同比下滑10%，但11月同比激增19%似乎擺脫此前的低迷狀態，這讓市場對銅價的後市充滿想像。此外，中國最大的銅礦商江西銅業因污染因素被當局勒令停產一週，也是銅價短期上漲的催化劑。
銅價上漲至此，全球礦商多表樂觀。日本最大的銅礦商Pan Pacific Copper估計明年的產出缺口將達21.6萬噸。其他大礦商如嘉能可（Glencore）和力拓（Rio Tinto）也都認為銅礦在2020年以前將存在供給缺口。智利國營銅礦公司Codelco更預測未來銅價可望突破10,000美元歷史新高。
此前對於銅價供給抱持懷疑態度的各大投行也全面改變看法。BMO資本市場的分析師在12月的報告中估計，銅在2019年中將出現供給缺口，而此一缺口很可能導致銅價持續優於預期的表現。花旗銀行的分析師則估計，2018年將有30個銅礦商的勞動合同重新議約，將影響全球25%的礦源。高盛和瑞銀也都預測2018年銅價可望持續走高。#
