【財經話題】2018美國車市恐難太樂觀

【大紀元2018年01月05日訊】（大紀元記者張東光綜合報導）2017年美國汽車和卡車總銷量估計將超過1,700萬輛，稍優於先前的預期，但較2016年的1,755萬輛下滑2.8%，為2009年以來首度衰退，標誌著車市的景氣高峰剛過。
在新車銷量方面，2017年美系車廠全面下挫，跌幅最大的是飛雅特‧克萊斯勒的8%，全年銷量僅達206萬輛，福特和通用汽車的銷量小跌1%左右，分別為259萬輛和300萬輛，日系車廠的跌幅較輕微，豐田和本田只衰退0.6%和0.2%，銷量分別為243萬輛和164萬輛，日產減少1.9%稍多，銷量為159萬輛。
專家分析，去年美國車市原本展望更差，所幸哈維颶風災後需求竄高，另外廠商祭出更優惠的折購價（最多達4,000美元）也有助於買氣的提升。
儘管新車折購多將不利同款車二手車市場，最終也會衝擊未來的新車買氣，但好處是通用汽車年底的庫存天數降到63天，低於該公司目標的70天健康水位。
展望2018年，美國減稅法案通過或可活絡車市買氣，但美聯儲希望持續緩慢升息的利空卻難以忽略。通用汽車估計，2018年美國各類汽車銷量將不到1,700萬輛，恐為連續兩年衰退。福特汽車雖沒預測數量，但也不敢太樂觀。
2017年美聯儲三次升息後，已將聯邦基準利率拉高到1.5%，今年若如預期地再升息三次，利率將漲到2.25%，此一升息的效應對車市買氣的衝擊可能更甚於2017年。
另一個值得關注的問題是油價，西德州原油近期已漲到62美元/桶，創下三年多最高價，這對耗油的皮卡車需求將構成阻礙，而皮卡車正是車廠毛利最佳的產品。
部分專家也擔心共享經濟對汽車買氣的衝擊，例如優步（Uber）和其競爭者Lyft的崛起，以及ZipCar和通用旗下Maven的汽車共享服務，長期恐將衝擊部分美國民眾的潛在購車意願。
長期購車需求的飽和也是一個負面因子，根據汽車資訊網站Edmunds.com統計，美國車主在2011年平均登記的汽車數量為1.1輛，2017年已攀升到1.26輛，這解釋了過去近七年美國車市欣欣向榮的原因，但卻埋下了未來購車需求難以持續高漲的種子。＃
