抽屜櫃壓死美孩童 標檢局要求台IKEA召回
【大紀元2017年11月24日訊】瑞典連鎖家具零售商宜家家居（IKEA）抽屜櫃今年在美國再發生壓死幼兒事件，標檢局表示，台灣IKEA已配合標檢局要求，採取與美國一致的召回措施，提供消費者全額退貨服務。
宜家家居去年6月首次宣布召回抽屜櫃，今年5月又發生加州一名幼兒遭宜家家居Malm抽屜櫃壓死事件，宜家家居日前再次宣布召回2900萬具抽屜櫃，希望顧客注意風險。
經濟部標準檢驗局表示，台灣IKEA公司在去年7月已配合標檢局要求，針對過去購買Malm抽屜櫃消費者，提供免費抽屜櫃安裝上牆服務，若顧客想自行安裝，也可獲免費抽屜櫃固定配件及電鑽工具出借服務；此外，若消費者欲退貨，可獲全額退款。
台灣IKEA公司表示，目前採取措施與美國IKEA召回措施一致，持續提供退貨退款及免費抽屜櫃安裝上牆服務。台灣IKEA並針對曾購買抽屜櫃消費者發送電子DM，提醒相關商品使用訊息，且加強商品展示區、提貨區、客戶服務站與結帳區等商品安全訊息標示與展售人員宣導措施。
標檢局提醒消費者，購買家具時可洽詢廠商提供專業安裝服務；若自行安裝，應詢問廠商安裝及使用環境相關注意事項，並按照說明書安裝，確保使用安全。（轉自中央社）
