【談股論金】新興市場或宜逢低入市
【大紀元2018年07月04日訊】（大紀元記者張東光綜合報導）在美元不斷升值的氛圍下，美元債務偏高的新興市場近期成了投資人減持的眾矢之的。據國際金融協會（IIF）統計，投資新興市場的資金繼五月淨流出123億美元之後，六月持續流出80億美元，為2008年金融風暴以來首度連續兩個月股、債同步淨流出，而新興市場第二季的股價表現也創下2016年第四季以來最差。
國際金融協會的資料還顯示，流入新興市場的資金已連續五個月低於2010－2014年的月均值，且過去12個月中僅有一個月達到該均值，其中流出中國的資金最顯著，主要反映美中貿易戰緊張關係，今年恐將出現2008年以後首度出現股、債同時淨流出的現象。
儘管如此，部分專家卻建議反向操作，認為新興市場此時的經常帳、外債已顯著改善，且今年商品行情不差，適合逢低買進。
資產管理公司Standish Mellon的新興市場經理人希爾（Josephine Shea）稱，全球增長前景仍是正面，在某個時點局面將呈現穩定，未來增長仍可期待。
分析師布萊特曼（Chris Brightman）也認為新興市場僅少數具有危機風險，現在應該買進而非賣出。
素有「新興市場教父」美譽的墨比爾斯（Mark Mobius）也說，新興市場在歷經貿易戰的賣壓後，部分幣別已非常、非常便宜，此時應該買進，他尤其看好孟加拉、土耳其和越南取代中國出口美國的趨勢。墨比爾斯相信川普將贏得這場美中貿易戰，因為美國是全球最大的進口國，而中國需要美國。
此前，高盛也在報告中建議投資人買進新興市場債券（阿根廷和土耳其除外），主因是其價格大跌下基本面仍佳，該報告認為美元兌G10和新興市場貨幣應該回貶。
在貿易戰的擔憂下，據統計MSCI新興市場ETF基金六月跌幅超過7%。另據國際貨幣基金（IMF）資料，自2013年以來，巴西、印尼、墨西哥和南非等新興市場經濟體的經常帳赤字已大幅縮減。#
