能源價漲 全球通脹率四年新高
【大紀元2018年08月08日訊】（大紀元記者簡則誠香港報導）經濟合作暨發展組織（OECD）公佈數據指稱，由於能源價格飆升，全球通脹率在6月份達到4年來最高水平。
《華爾街日報》引述OECD報道，佔全球經濟產出80%的20大經濟體，其消費者價格指數（CPI）在6月份比去年同期高出3.1%，和5月份的2.9%相比有所回升，上升幅度達2014年6月以來最高。包括美國在內，OECD的35個會員國家6月的通脹率，從2.6%加速至2.8%，為2012年2月以來最快漲幅。
OECD指出，近期通脹升速的加快主要是由能源價格上漲所帶動，6月份能源價格較去年同期上漲10.4%，創2011年11月以來最大漲幅。除了能源、食品等波動性較大商品外，截至6月份的12個月內，消費者物價（CPI）維持在2.0%的水平。
基於過去幾年的通脹率，因經濟穩定增長和失業率下降而漲速緩慢。例如在2015年9月，OECD成員國的CPI指數僅上漲0.4%，雖然各國央行也維持寬鬆貨幣政策，但薪酬增長相對較弱。
但美國美聯儲在2015年年底公佈近10年來首次加息，結束零利率時代，象徵美國經濟開始從2008金融危機後恢復，而按美聯儲目前的加息步調，《華爾街日報》指出，利率可望恢復到金融危機前的正常水平。金融海嘯發生前，美聯儲最高曾加息至5.25%。
預計近期快速的通脹終將影響全球經濟增長，越來越多的央行準備加入美聯儲行列，於未來幾個月收緊寬鬆措施。但《華爾街日報》表示，貿易戰局勢加劇，恐衝擊各國央行的加息計劃。◇
