台一銀假扣押吐瓦魯漁船 下一目標獵雷艦

【大紀元2017年11月20日訊】慶富瀕臨破產，銀行團積極尋找慶富還有什麼資產，銀行團主辦銀行第一金控旗下第一銀行證實，已針對慶富為吐瓦魯建造的第2艘圍網漁船進行假扣押。

至於已在義大利建造的首艘獵雷艦，銀行團正請律師團瞭解產權歸屬；外界推估，若確定獵雷艦產權也屬慶富的財產，可能就是銀行團下一個假扣押的對象，「先假扣押起來再說」。

由於慶富向以一銀為首的銀行團聯貸新台幣205億元已宣告違約，銀行團正積極尋求債權保全，尤其不能排除國防部宣告慶富違約，若獵雷艦案廢案，銀行已放款金額將全數賠光，現在銀行團能找到慶富名下到底還有多少資產，都將「能扣多少是多少」。

慶富因2009年透過台灣與吐瓦魯的台吐援助計畫，預計為吐瓦魯建造2艘圍網漁船，其中第1艘Taumoana已經交船，第2艘Tautaloa號目前還停泊在慶富造船廠碼頭，由於Tautaloa號並未有貸款紀錄，一銀證實，目前已針對Tautaloa號進行假扣押。(轉自中央社）
