中國需求放緩 蘋果下調財測 股價暴跌8%
【大紀元2019年01月03日訊】（大紀元記者郭曜榮綜合報導）美國科技巨擘蘋果公司（Apple）執行長庫克（Tim Cook）在週三（1月2日）致信給投資者，指由於中國大陸需求放緩，下調該公司第一季財務預測，導致股價在盤後暴跌逾8%。
2019財年第一季度結束於2018年12月29日，庫克在信中指出，預計2019財年一季度營收840億美元，此前估值為890億至930億美元，並下調毛利率至38%。
他提到，下修的主因是原先預期主要新興市場會面臨一些挑戰，「但我們並沒有預見到經濟減速的程度，特別是在大中華地區」。
庫克指出，中國經濟在2018年下半年開始放緩，官方報告的三個季度GDP成長率是過去25年來的第二低，蘋果認為中國的經濟環境已受到與美國貿易緊張局勢升級的進一步影響，外部不確定性上升，對金融市場產生影響似乎也傳導到消費者，隨著季度的進展，蘋果在中國的零售店和通路合作夥伴的銷量都在下降。市場數據顯示，大中華區智慧型手機市場的萎縮特別明顯。
信中並談到，大中華地區和其它新興市場是iPhone年銷量下滑的最主要原因，但在一些發達市場，iPhone的升級力道也不如原本想像地強勁。一些市場的宏觀經濟挑戰是這一趨勢的關鍵因素，並且還存在其它的廣泛影響iPhone業績表現的因素，包括消費者逐漸適應電信商補貼變少，美元強勁造成的價格上漲，以及部分消費者享受iPhone電池更換成本顯著下降的優惠。

不過，庫克表示，仍對於公司業務的基本面優勢充滿信心，「蘋果一直利用逆境來重新檢視我們的經營方法，利用靈活性、適應力和創造力的文化來變得更好。」
他提到，蘋果無法改變宏觀經濟條件，但正加速採取各種舉措來改善結果。其中一項是讓在蘋果商店中交易手機變得更簡單，這將為未來購買提供資金，並幫助將數據從目前的手機傳送到新手機。他強調，「蘋果的優勢在於我們的韌性、團隊的天賦和創造力，以及我們對每天工作的熱情。」◇＃
