劉鶴訪美前夕 傳中方或重啟進口美國雞肉

【大紀元2019年01月18日訊】（大紀元記者洪梅報導）在中共國務院副總理劉鶴即將於1月底訪美展開新一輪的貿易談判之際，傳出中方讓步的消息。消息人士透露，美國和中共貿易官員正在就中國重新向美國雞肉開放市場進行協商。

《華爾街日報》週四（1月17日）引述熟悉談判情況的消息人士的話報導，為尋求達成新的貿易協議，美中貿易官員正洽談中國向美國重新開放進口雞肉市場事宜。美中兩國正試圖解決涉及市場准入、知識產權保護等問題的廣泛貿易爭端，上述談判也是貿易談判的一部分。

知情人士說，美國農業部近來告訴美國肉品行業，正在（與中方）討論雞肉產品，首要問題包括中國的進口配額及技術標準。

報導說，如果談判取得成功，Sanderson Farms Inc.（SAFM）、Pilgrims Pride Co.（PPC）和泰森食品有限公司（Tyson Foods Inc., TSN）等美國肉品巨頭有望挽回在華的部分業務。

中共於2015年1月以美國中西部爆發禽流感為由，宣布禁止進口美國雞肉產品，而之前美國雞肉產品在中國的年銷售額高達數億美元。#
