小摩：美中貿易戰或全面爆發 人民幣重貶

【大紀元2018年10月01日訊】（大紀元記者陳俊村編譯報導）在美中兩國重啟貿易談判的機率不高的情況下，美國摩根大通集團（J.P. Morgan，財經界稱「小摩」）預測說，這場貿易戰或將全面爆發，演變成美國針對所有中國進口商品加徵關稅的局面。屆時，人民幣匯率可能下跌至十幾年來的新低點。

據彭博社報導，摩根大通的多名策略分析師在9月28日的一份文件中表示，該公司已經採用新的底線，它假定美中貿易戰的最終結果是，美國在2019年對所有中國進口商品加徵25%的關稅。

這些包括諾曼德（John Normand）在內的分析師說，「較弱的人民幣將成為新的均衡態勢的一部分。」

他們的預測提到，在貿易戰的衝擊下，中共央行可能會採取比較寬鬆的貨幣政策，以刺激經濟成長，而且不會對人民幣的貶值干預太多。

該銀行預期人民幣匯率在12月底將貶至7.01，並在2019年9月下探7.19。而德意志銀行（Deutsche Bank AG）則認為，人民幣匯率會在明年下跌至7.4。

摩根大通的分析師說，中共較寬鬆的貨幣政策將使美元對人民幣獲利更多。在美國聯準會（Fed）進一步升息的情況下，這種利潤差對美元有利。

該銀行指出，人民幣貶值將會把亞洲新興國家的貨幣匯率往下拖，這些貨幣貶值的幅度可能超越以往，但不包括印度盧比和印尼盾這兩種貨幣。#
