巴菲特衡量成功的標準 蓋茲：最棒的方法
【大紀元2019年01月01日訊】（大紀元記者吳英編譯報導）知名投資專家沃倫·巴菲特（Warren Buffett），是全球三大首富之一。不過，他對於成功有著與眾不同的定義衡量標準，另一位富豪微軟創辦人蓋茲（Bill Gates）稱讚：這是最棒的方法。
巴菲特白手起家，依靠精明投資累積的財富已使他躋身「家財萬貫」的全球富豪之列。然而，對於這位億萬富翁來說，成功富裕並不是用錢來定義衡量，而是用生活中的人際關係作為衡量指標。
CNBC新聞報導，微軟創辦人蓋茲上週六（29日）在一則博文中寫道，巴菲特衡量成功的標準是：「你所關心的人是否一樣愛你？」
蓋茨說，巴菲特對成功的看法，幫助他開拓了對自己成就的看法。
每年，蓋茲都會在年終時回顧過去一年的工作及生活。今年他感謝巴菲特以及妻子梅琳達，並稱現在的年終回顧，與他在二十多歲創辦微軟時所做的評估有著顯著不同。
「那時候，年終評估僅僅在回顧一個問題：微軟軟件能否實現個人計算夢想？」蓋茲寫道。
今年，雖然工作仍是蓋茲的年終評估重點，但巴菲特和梅琳達所占的份量也不少，激勵他思考有關生活的其它問題，例如：「我是否給家人足夠的相處時間？」「我學到了足夠的新事物了嗎？」以及「我是否發展了新的友誼，並且加深了舊的友誼？」
「這些評估內容對25歲的我來說是可笑的，但是隨著年齡的增長，它們變得更有意義。」蓋茲寫道。
2017年在出席一場會議時蓋茲曾記錄，多年來，他一直使用巴菲特對生活成功的定義，「沃倫·巴菲特總是說，衡量成功的標準是接近你的人是否幸福並且愛你。」蓋茲寫道。
蓋茲在博客上表示，巴菲特衡量成功的指標，「是你能找到的最好的標準」。#
