2019年 貿易戰效應將在全球持續發酵

【大紀元2018年12月27日訊】（大紀元記者高杉編譯報導）有專家分析表示，雖然中美貿易戰是在2018年爆發，但2019年才將是全球經貿感到貿易戰帶來的影響的一年。

據彭博新聞社（bloomberg）報導，彭博社的「全球貿易跟蹤系統」（Global Trade Tracker，GTT）顯示，全球的經貿發展趨勢正在走軟。原因是此前那些搶在加徵關稅命令實施之前，急著提前下進出口訂單的趨勢正在減弱。儘管華盛頓和北京正在尋求解決貿易爭端方法，但仍有貿易量將進一步放緩的跡象。

在貿易戰使得中國製造業陷入困境並於夾縫中苦苦度日、大陸失業率增加的同時，一些在華美國公司紛紛撤離大陸。在2018年，中國股市市值蒸發了2萬億美元，並正處於熊市。

總部設於美國加利福尼亞州聖馬刁（近舊金山）、以研製及生產供極限運動使用的高清錄影器材為主的GoPro公司已經作出決定，將在明年夏天之前將其大部分銷往美國的相機生產轉移出中國。這使其成為首批採取撤離行動的知名品牌電子產品製造商之一。

世界最大的上市物流房地產投資信託公司之一、總部位於舊金山的普洛斯公司（Prologis）的首席執行官哈米德·莫格達姆（Hamid Moghadam）表示：「全球經濟可能因此而放緩。」該公司在全球擁有近4000家物流設施，被稱為全球工業物流業老大。

彭博經濟學家湯姆·奧爾利克（Tom Orlik）預測說，在未來的幾年裡，全球經濟增長將減速。首先，中美之間90天期的暫停加稅談判可能會以失敗告終，隨之而來的就是更高的關稅。其次，即使關稅不提高，在2018年大量出現的進出口提前下單作法無疑將會使2019年的進出口量減少。最後，在貿易戰之外，從採購經理人指數調查（PMI）到聯邦快遞（FedEx）的預期利潤下調等早期預警信號都表明，全球進出口貿易需求有所疲軟。#
