中國欲追趕外國半導體廠商 專家：還早得很

【大紀元2018年08月30日訊】（大紀元記者陳俊村編譯報導）儘管中國是半導體產品的巨大市場，該產業在中國已發展多年，而且中共政府也提供資助，但中國廠商的技術和產能仍遠遠落後於外國競爭者。有專家表示，中國廠商想迎頭趕上外國廠商，「還需要很長的一段時間」。
據CNBC報導，國際半導體產業協會（SEMI）中國區總裁居龍（Lung Chu）在北京舉行的摩根士丹利技術、媒體和電信大會（Morgan Stanley Technology, Media and Telecom Conference）上說，半導體產業已經誕生了幾十年。由於人工智能和5G移動網路等新技術的出現，半導體產業將有新一輪增長。
居龍說，中共當局於2014年出台指導方針，期望透過創新和投資帶動中國半導體產業的發展。儘管中國廠商已經加倍投資，試圖占有記憶體晶片（芯片）產業，但中國廠商仍將繼續在全球競爭中落後。
他說：「有證據顯示，資金已經投進去了，但我認為中國想要追上全球領導廠商，還需要很長的一段時間。」
知名產業與經濟分析機構IHS Markit說，全球半導體產業在2017年的營收增長了21.7%，達到4,291億美元，該產業由三星電子、英特爾、SK海力士和高通等廠商占主導地位。
居龍表示，中國消費的晶片占全球總產量的一半以上，但中國廠商只能滿足13%的本土需求，這表明中國在這一領域存在巨額貿易赤字。
自2014年以來，中共已為半導體產業的發展設立了多個由國營企業和業界廠商資助的基金，以推動本土晶片的生產，進而挑戰國際競爭對手。而中共涉足半導體產業的發展，一向是美國抱怨的美中貿易議題之一。
時值美中貿易戰越演越烈之際，居龍說，半導體產業的很多廠商擔心在中國市場的投資。#
