美一月非農就業激增30.4萬人 政府關門無礙

【大紀元2019年02月01日訊】（大紀元記者吳英綜合報導）週五（2月1日），美國勞工部發布一月份就業報告，該月非農就業人數激增30.4萬人，遠超過專家預期的16.5萬，連續第100個月就業增加，且是11個月以來表現最佳的月份。
勞工部表示，聯邦政府部分停擺35天，對一月份的就業市場影響有限，失業率微幅上升到4.0%，廣義失業率（即計入放棄找工作及仍想要找全職工作的兼職勞工）由去年12月的7.6%上升到8.1%。
此外，該月份平均時薪增加3美分，環比增長0.1%，同比則增長3.2%。每週工作時數維持在34.5個小時，勞動參與率上升到63.2%，達到2013年以來最高點。
休閒和酒店業表現最佳，新增7.4萬個工作，其中最大貢獻者為酒吧和餐館業，新聘3.7萬人。
建築業增加5.2萬個工作，醫療保健貢獻4.2萬個工作，運輸和倉儲業增加2.7萬個工作，零售業新增2.1萬個工作。專業和商業服務增加了3萬個工作，製造業新聘1.3萬人。值得注意的是，聯邦政府雖然部分停擺，但是一月份新增1,000個工作。

勞工部同時修正了去年11月及12月的新增就業數，11月由17.6萬個上修到19.6萬個，12月則由31.2萬個下調到22.2萬，兩個月總計減少了7萬個工作。2018年全年每月新增工作平均為22.3萬個。
R,W. Baird首席投資策略師布魯斯•比特爾斯（Bruce Bittles）表示，1月份的就業榮景可能會讓市場人士擔憂美聯儲再度啟動加息策略，所幸勞工部大幅下調了12月的就業數據，這會讓美聯儲維持「耐心加息」的決策。
不過有些分析師認為，如果美國就業在接下來的幾個月仍然呈現增長趨勢，美聯儲有可能在今年六月決定加息。
「如果就業增長仍然強勁，那麼今年上半年仍有可能再次加息。」Capital Economics高級美國經濟學家安德魯•亨特（Andrew Hunter）在一份報告中表示。
就業報告傳來佳報，美國三大股市週五開盤後呈現漲勢，截至週五上午10點20分，道指上漲158點（0.63%）、納指上揚18點（0.23%）、S&P500指數漲11點（0.42%）。#
